32nd International Conference on Enabling Technologies: Infrastructure for Collaborative Enterprises (WETICE 2024)

Reggio Emilia, June 26th-28th, 2024

Venue

The conference will be hosted by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
It will take place in in Palazzo Dossetti, in the city center of Reggio Emilia, Italy.

Registration

  • For each paper accepted at WETICE 2024, at least one of the authors is required to register and pay a full contribution (see details below).
  • For each paper accepted at WETICE 2024, at least one author has to come to Reggio Emilia to present the paper.
  • Authors who register for more than one paper need to pay 150 euros for each additional paper.
  • Authors are requested to register before the early registration deadline (June 14th AoE).
Registration is mandatory for all attendants, and it covers all activities.

Early registration (before June 14th AoE)

  • Full contribution (including 1 paper): 450 euros
  • Without paper: 350 euros
  • Students, withouth paper (i.e., if they are not the only registering author): 250 euros
  • For each additional paper: 150 euros

Late registration

  • Without paper: 450 euros
  • Students: 300 euros

In order to register:

A note for participants who have Italian institutions pay for their registrations (in Italian legalese):
L’Associazione PPPJ 2008 è esclusa da IVA e non emette fattura elettronica, quindi non c’è obbligo di split payment e verrà emessa solo una ricevuta intestata alla persona e al Dipartimento/Ateneo.

How to reach Reggio Emilia

  • By plane: The closest airports are Bologna airport, Verona airport, and Milano Linate. It is necessary to take a train to reach Reggio Emilia from Bologna, Verona, and Milan.
  • By train: There are two main stations in Reggio Emilia: “Reggio Emilia AV”, for High Speed trains; and “Reggio Emilia”. Please note that the train station “Reggio Emilia AV” is quite far from the city center and you will need to get a bus to get to the city center. The train station “Reggio Emilia” is close to the city center and at least two trains per hour connect this station with “Bologna Centrale” and “Milano Centrale”.
  • By car: From Bologna or Milan (highway A1) exit at “Reggio Emilia”.
